| Thanks for taking the time :) It's only under the start procedure it sounds nasty. Seems pointless using the starter when the engine is runing ;) The starter works on the bench, applied 12v to it, shoots the gear out, spins like **** I measured the starter gear by slide the gear towards it's correct starting position. From there I measured the length from the top of the cog to the mounting surface of the starter, to know at wich depth the gear was, did remeasure the starter and got 13,7mm so during the cranking. A total of .2 ~.3mm material is touching eachother, so I've probably grinded the flexplate or the starter some. but looks like i have to machine the starter to get closer to the flexplate...
